The sending of "unsolicited or unauthorized commercial eMail messages" otherwise known as "SPAM" is regulated by Federal law in the United States. We adhere strictly to the policy laid out by that law. Users of our electronic mailing services must agree to comply with this policy.

We request certain information from Clients and Prospects only to provide price quotes, and newsletter services to that Client or Prospect. We will never release, sell, or give a Client or Prospect's name, address, or eMail address to any other entity, without the Client or Prospect's explicit permission.

In our editing process, we adhere to the highest journalistic standards. We also recognize that although we may offer advice and opinions, as far as the Client's publication content is concerned, the customer is always right.

No Newsletter Masters will be considered complete until Final Approval is received from the Client, except as modified by Para 5 below.


Terms, Conditions & Schedules*

#1 Although in certain circumstances payment for printing and distribution services might be deferred until Final Approval of the layout is received from the Client, all payment for design and layout services must be received by GARP or its agents before work is begun on a new publication.

#2 Prices quoted are per issue, unless otherwise stated.

#3 In the case of monthly or bi-monthly service, in order to guarantee timely delivery of newsletters, client copy must be received *15 days prior to the agreed publication date.

#4 The First Update of any issue will be made available to the Client for their approval or correction no later than 7 days after receipt of Client material. In the case of a Turnkey Service Client, the First Update will be made available to the Client no later than 7 days before the publication date.

#5 If no communication has been received from a Client by the *7th day after an Update has been sent to them, approval will be assumed.

#6 Depending upon the service requested, Final Masters, or printed publications will be made available to the Client, or their Agent, by the 1st of the month of publication, unless otherwise agreed upon. Last minute changes and corrections may delay that date.

#7 Once Final Approval is given by the Client (or assumed under Para 5), there will be a minimum $75.00 fee applied to reopen and make further changes to the publication. The actual charge will depend upon the extent of the changes requested.

* The dates referenced are for Masters Only service. If we will also be printing your newsletters, add 10 days to these dates. If we will be printing and distributing your publication, please add 15 days to these dates.

* If the above schedules are not convenient, we will come to an agreement on one that is.
